It's my passion to bring buyers and sellers together. I love meeting new people and I bond with most of my clients and at the end of the transaction, I've felt like I've made some new friends. I've been in real estate for ten years. I was always interested in buying and selling properties and I've worked with people in sales for many years in many different occupations. I live in Huntington, NY in the summers and Ibis Golf and Country Club from October through May. I also come back one week a month over the summer. I've always been involved in charity work, helping and fund raising for many different charities. I work for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, have done fund raising for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and I have served as vice-president of fund raising for the Ibis Cancer Charity Unit in my community.

There are no boundaries to my areas of expertise; I'll research any community to bring you to your dream home. I'm patient, professional and diligent about finding a home for a prospective buyer. I'm organized, thorough and follow through with any task that I become involved with. Some golf communities in which I have served clients are: The Country Club at Mirasol, Ibis Golf and Country Club, BallenIsles Golf and Country Club, PGA National, Hunter's Run, Gleneagles, Boca West Golf and Country Club, Broken Sound, Coral Lakes, Indian Springs, and other golf and non-golf communities in Palm Beach County. I also have clients in Juno Beach.

Some Advice From Rona: Homeowners can increase the value of their homes by simply 'sprucing' up the property. Completing a thorough cleaning of the home, as well as carpet cleaning, painting and making repairs to the home can significantly increase the value of a person's home.

Advice for Sellers - listen to a Realtor's feedback when showings are held on your property. Realtors have the tools and know how to 'price your home to sell.' Realtors are the experts and have the experience to advise you on the selling of your home.
Advice for Buyers - Look around and see all your options. When you narrow down your choices let your Realtor help you decide which one would be the best fit for you and your family. Realtors are expert negotiators. When you decide to make an offer, let your Realtor do the work for you.
