From an early age, I grew up in the real estate business. Riding along with my father who had built his own agency, I had the best mentor one can ask for. Working full time at it since 1975, I have a diverse background in real estate. Some of my specialties include; residential resale marketing and management, residential new construction sales and leasing. Commercial, multi family and investment property acquisition. Also including: property rehabilitation, renovation, turn around, marketing sales and leasing. During my 48 years as a full time real estate agent, I was involved in well over 1000 transactions.
